Payment Options
Deposits
- All outfitters and professional hunters require a deposit in order
to reserve your hunt. Most require a 50% deposit, some require less.
If you have any questions on deposit requirements, please do not
hesitate to ask.
I can accept
cashiers checks, company and personal checks and credit cards for
deposits on hunts over 60 days away. For hunts starting under 60
days from the time of payment, I require cashiers check or money
order. Some hunts require full payment before the hunt commences,
for these, I also require certified funds such as those stated
above.
Credit Cards
I accept Master
Card, Visa, Discover and American Express cards for payments for
any hunt I have available.
In order to
make this service available:
A service fee of 2.3%
of the cost of transaction will be added if a Visa or MasterCard is
used and 3.3% for American Express.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Should you decide to cancel or reschedule your hunt, the outfitters
cancellation policy will always take first precedence.
If you are able to
receive a refund from the outfitter, there may be a handling
charge to credit the money back to your credit card. There will be
no penalty if we are able to reschedule the hunt for a different
year for you, or transfer the hunt to a different person. However,
it will be up to you to find a hunter to take your place.
Why are
there fees to use a Credit Card?
I am charged a fee of 2.3%-3.3% (depending on the card) for each
credit card transaction (Purchases and refunds). If you are eligible
to receive a refund, you will only be credited the amount above the
fees charged to me by the credit card company.
